The International Civil Servants Mutual Associations, founded in 1958, is a non-profit fund exclusive to the United Nations at Geneva and Specialized Agencies, whose objectives are to promote mutual assistance among staff members of the United Nations Office and other Organizations within the United Nations family at Geneva, and the facilitation of the settlement of the said staff members and their family.

The affiliated Organizations are the following: ILO, ITU, WTO, WMO, WIPO, IMO, UNICEF (UNICEF staff members duty stationed in Geneva only), IOM, WHO, HCR, IPU, UNITAR and UNEP (UNEP staff members duty stationed in Geneva only).

ICSMA is comprised of two entities, La Mutuelle and the GPAFI (insurances)

Although the Client Support Center (CSC) offices at the Palais des Nations will be closed from Monday 22 December 2025 to Friday 2 January 2026 inclusive, La Mutuelle will remain operational during the festive season, but activity will be greatly reduced due to the holidays.

Change in cash (CHF) collection hours at the Client Support Center (CSC): From 8 January 2026, members will be able to collect cash at the Client Support Centre (CSC) on Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. instead of between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The advance notice period for withdrawals remains unchanged at 3 working days, as does the maximum amount of cash withdrawals allowed, which is CHF 10,000 per year.

    La Mutuelle's offices are located at the Client Support Center, building H. In-person visits are available every day, without appointment, from 10am until 1:00pm.

    The remuneration of the CHF deposit account for 2024 is an interest rate of 0.50% plus a bonus of 1.05%.

    The 2026 interest rate on the CHF current account is 0.00%.

    The interest rate on the USD account for the 1st quarter 2026 is 1.75%.
